Why can Cuba not produce a top pro heavyweight?

    Maybe, but so far theres little to suggest that. For;
    1. Its doubtful he'll face Povetkin for a world title shot especially this year
    2. Luis Ortiz is a totally different type of fight for Povetkin compared to Perez.
    That would be a good match up though. Id love to see Povetkin/Ortiz but both fighters might see each other as too bigger risk for no real reward.

    I think it will happen. Late this year. It will be after Povetkin puts out Wilder. Eddie Hearn will not see Povetkin as big of a threat as Wlad or Fury. But he'll think Louis will have a chance at the WBC against Alexander.

    Im doubtful of what you say because of Povetkin vs Ostarine but Im honestly hoping what you're saying does happen. Thats two good fights right there Povetkin (Wilder/Ortiz).
