Why can't any present greats beat any of the past greats?

Go watch some old footage and get back to me.
No skill what so ever and they threw like 6/7 meaningful shots a round so your stamina bs is totally false.

They make chino look like Mayweather

I've been following boxing for decades, I think YDKSAB. Besides saying YDKSAB isn't a logical argument, it's your opinion.
None of that proves they are better than current boxers. Neither does saying they had more "heart". That's not cold analysis, it's biased bs.
I saw it when it happened, I'm no youngster :p It was a knock down drag out slug fest. Hearns tried to take out Hagler early and was stopped himself early. It was entertaining and for the MW title. Entertaining does not automatically equate to great or better than today. It was also sloppy defense from both. No doubt the Hagler's and Duran's would be a force today - but they're the exception.

What's comical is when you get to the unlimited HW div. - already bumped up 25# - and you have clowns saying the puny HWs (some where barely full CWs) from a generation+ ago could beat modern HWs :patsch Pure fantasy.

that's what im saying. bro past fighters make chino look like mayweather. if chino stepped in a time machine i think he would beat everyone's asss (pre 80s) now the 80s had the best welters and middles IMO, but guys like jack johnson and sam langford would get trashed if they fought mike tyson, he's just too advanced.

You can take my opinion any way you want to bud, but I just gave you just one example of a smaller fighter, THE MIDGET, Tommy Hearns in his own words is what he called Hagler, blasting him out. Whether the fight was a decision win, ko, stoppage, draw, etc thats letting you know the older gen definitely belonged in the same ring with the younger gen.

You also think just because classics were labeled "entertaining" that all of a sudden those fighters didn't have the skill to go with it? You as a seasoned fan should know better than that, you mean to tell me Duran-Leonard I was a rockem sockem event? Barrera-Morales I? These were highly skilled fighters of the highest order yet provided some of the most entertaining fights of all time. People tend to get confused when they watch a skilled fighter that dominates most of his opponents and then start comparing him to the greats of the past, when simply he hasn't been matched with another great fighter.

You come up with a question or statement, "oh, well, yesterday's heavyweights would be cruiserweights today so they won't stand a chance, etc etc" when you have decent, B, C level cruiserweights and even light heavyweights moving up and winning belts at heavyweight in just about every era. Adamek and Haye did it most recent, before them Byrd, Toney, and Jones, before them Holyfield and Spinks, before them Charles and Patterson, and on and on, and that's not including the many non-title fights pitting light heavyweights beating good, talented bigger men, like Castillo-CleyBey. Smaller man ktfo bigger man, basically a cruiser stopping a heavyweight. Sure, Holyfield lost the series with Bowe, but that doesnt make him a lesser fighter, hell, I think Holy would of come out on top if they fought 2 more times. But the point here is you made a statement, I gave you examples, facts, not just opinions, but if you still don't agree, thats ok, you stick to your guns I'll stick to mine.

Sorry Champ, but Chino would look like a low skilled banger in any era. Guys like Fullmer and Basillio fought in this same style, but were much more active and didn't gas in every fight.

Past great Lewis beat the modern Vitali.Sorry but i can't say Vitali won.
Old Holmes beat the prime Mercer.(Mercer-Lewis was a very close fight)
Old Foreman destroyed the Prime Moorer.
    Old Holyfield could beat Ruiz.
Because the klitschkos NEVER(Can you understand, loser? NEVER) beat an ATG.
This is your answer. Bon appetit !

And the best thing! I don't wanna forget.
The 37 years old bum Corrie Sanders destroyed Wlad easily.
I tried to be objective without anger.

The 5'11" fat Chagaev beat the 7' Valuev.
Valuev is signifacanly taller and heavier the wladimir klitschko.
This isn't size contest. The fighters aren't shoes or bed.
Size, size. This mania is based on "save the klitschkos' legacy" mission.
because the klitschkos are taller than the "Greatest" Ali or Joe Louis or the unbeaten
Marciano.Lots of klitschko fans' only one argument for the klitschko sisters' legacy. Because the klitschkos haven't big wins. They are unpopular around the world.
This isn't good for the klitschko business of course.
This is the reason why lots of klitschko fun hate the past great(especially Tyson).
Tyson is not unhealthy abnormal tall man at least. His height is total average around the
world. But the klitschkos are lame, abnormal tall guys. This is the problem here.
They can't accept this isn't basketball.
I think if the klitschkos had been 5'5" tall some klitschko fans would have said: the size is unimportant !!!

A lot of the older footage looks really amateurish. No one likes to admit it, but the skill level has DEFINITELY gone up.
