Why cant Mayweather fight Pacquiao in the pocket?

Mayweather is an ATG he pretty damn good at everything thats why he has never lost :deal. He has a very good jab when he uses it. And yes he has great foot work.

With that shitty opposition, anybody can look good. Even Valero looked good 99 percent of the time.

Why can't Void sign a contract to fight Pac?! Void is afraid of Pac for a very good reason. Void does not believe he can beat Pac. Void was not fooled by the fight with Marquez at all. He is still running like the chicken in the Rocky movie! Void is void................

floyd will do what he always does .. stay behind that tight guard, use his right hands and left hooks, look for the counter opportunities. rinse repeat. Very different approach then JMM , and Pac has more success against it imo.

problem with floyd i rarely see him use lateral movement, at least consistently, and he loves standing right in front of you and he can be flat footed. It's not a easy fight for him.

Anyone who has seen how pacquiao and mayweather fight will pick mayweather by UD. Mayweather has options in this fight. He can box at long range and pacquiao would have huge trouble with the speed or he could fight shoulder to shoulder as pacquiao has no inside game.

 

One other thing people seem to overlook is that Floyd likes to measure his left hand to his southpaws opponents faces. It not only give him enough space to analyzing their offensive rhythm, but it also reset and neutralizes their[opponents] offense as well. He uses it as a blind spot to sneak in his body punches or the straight right hand and quickly back out to get in his proper defensive position. That's very intelligent aggressive pressure if you ask me. It's very unlikely he'll get hit flush when he does it because he reset his opponents rhythm by doing so.

floyd gets caught alot in exchanges.

Marquez had a lot off success in the exckanges against Pac. And i don''t see floyd being able to do that.

i see 2 completely differant styles of fighters. And whilst Floyd will be favourite. He cant adopt the same style as Marquez.

I think floyd needs to keep this fight at range. And dominate with the step back counter right, and lead right hands. Also turning him with the lead left hook.

But i don't see him winning on the inside.
