watch how sloppy Pac's footwork is in the clip where he's "running in"....Floyd would find his right hand landing on Pac all night

YOU CANNOT RUN THIS KIND OF FOOTWORK AGAINST FLOYD-HE'LL PICK THAT APART.:deal

Hard to KO someone who is running. Its called cutting off the ring. :patsch

Pacquiao knocked down Marquez at super featherweight and bantam. He didnt knock him down at welter. And thats what we're talking about. :patsch

Mosley has more power then Pacquio. Judah caught Floyd on a counter punch. Pac aint a counter puncher. And Floyd was brawling with Corley.

    Completely different fights.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CRgcgkS0Fk[/ame] He used movement and fought in the pocket in this fight. You are up here saying Floyd has never used movement in his career. :patsch

Wow, you really dig up your old, old hidden vault of fights to come up with an example?

    How about recent ones?

Gayweather is the perfect PETER PAN SYNDROME. To *****s, he never got old. He still has his balls, his movement, his quickness, his combination, and more importantly, his balls.

    Key differences:

#1 Marquez is dipping/ducking then immediately stepping to the side and moving away. He's giving constant lateral movement. Floyd's feet are planted, he's moving his upperbody but he's essentially staying in the same position throughout the exchange.

#2 Marquez is not a southpaw. It's a big difference in terms of where the punches are coming from and where they're gonna land. Pac will likely focus to mayweathers body too.

Hey your boy is the one saying Floyd has never used movement in all of his fights. That's funny considering you *******s use to say he was a runner. :hi:

"Mayweather will be on his bike against Mosley" Roach

"Mayweather stayed in the pocket and in front of Mosley and I think his legs are gone" Roach.

    "Floyd is not a mover" *******s :-(

The 2 clips you took out were of Floyd ducking under Marquez punches. Marquez does end up trotting away. Even more exposing Pac's horrible footwork. But then again Marquez has never been a defensive master. Infact his defense has always been porous. Why would Floyd who is bigger then Pacquiao and leagues better then Marquez defensively need to do that against Pacquiaos undisciplined punches?

Watch the Ortiz fight. Mayweather is quite comfortable ducking under his punches aswell. Marquez quite comfortably ducked under Pacquiao's punches and he's not even a defensive fighter. You are putting to much stock in the southpaw orthodox thing.

I'm not talking about marquez, Im talking abut Floyd. The difference with Floyd and JMM is JMM is giving constant lateral movement, Floyd does not. I don't know why you can't see this. If he moves it's usually just to get out of range or get to a new position and reset, whereas JMM is always moving and turning Pacquiao by stepping to the side. Floyd's defensive habits can make him plant his feet and be in a stationary position for an extended period. They have different defensive habits. It's easy to see if you watch the two. And it doesn't mean one is better then the other, they just do things differently.

I never claimed Floyd can't duck under Pacquiao's punches. Only that Floyd has a habit of planting his feet and becoming stationary. And because of that, he'll give Pacquiao more opportunities to land somethign or at least be more active then against JMM, who is constantly moving and not letting Pacquiao get set with anything.

He also used movement later on in the Hatton fight. You probably started watching Floyd fight a few yrs ago. I understand. How can you say Mayweather has never been a mover when casual fans and haters use to call him a runner?

Look at Floyd, running straight back from Ortiz, into the ropes. JMM in the situation would have fired right back and got Ortiz off of him. Another reason why Floyd / JMM aren't the same.
