Right on!! He could easily go to that weight. He is tall but doesn't have a big frame. He is just looking to make some extra money for his future. I hope he doesn't get hurt in the process.:good

Yeah acb, arroz con pollo, pasteles, fried platanos, alcapurria's, and other Puerto Rican foods is the reason why Tito can't make 160 no more.

    Lazy Tito ? absurd!
He knows what it is to loose weight. Last time he went to 160, he coudn't even move properly.

+ he watched Byrd's repetition of Jones's accomplishment this weekend :good

I don't know about Tito getting to 154. Trinidad was pretty big at 147, having trouble making weight a few times, going to 154 in 1997 against Waters, but going back down to 147 for the big money fights with Quartey (fell thru), Whitaker, and most importantly, DLH.

From the late 90s-on, 154 was his proper weight, but can he make it at age 35?

160 is where Tito should be. He apparently can't put down the fork.

Reality hasn't hit Tito as of yet ...

Its not a matter of conditioning because Tito is a great conditioned fighter ... I think its a matter of eating right and nutrition.

I also think that he's spent alot of time doing the wrong things to cut weight and it has caught up with him.

Tito doesn't look tight at 170 ... his physiqe looks terrible ... at 160 his body would look good. I also think that maybe he should incorporate light weight lifting into his regiment.

    Lazy.

I honestly think that Tito's ideal weight, if he had the dedication, is at 154 right now.

Usually when fighters are serious about moving up they do it by adding muscles. Tito moved up in weight by adding fat.
