I think the only way Tito can make anything close to 154 or 160 is if he can get a fight with DLH. That would motivate him.
Yeah ... but I don't think it has anything to do with his conditioning because he's still shown the ability to go the full 12 and still look fresh. He runs alot and he stays in the gym before a fight ... He's naturally like 190 lbs ... I think when he drops the weight he should also work on tone'ing w/ weights ... and do some damn resistance training - because he's shown that he has the boxing skill to compete, but he doesn't have the power to overwhelm .... But so many fighters that are naturally bigger than their fighting weight just simply lose weight and condition their bodies instead of tone'ing up and getting the proper nutrition.
Like I said before ... Tito probably took some different measures to make weight when he was at WW ... and didn't do the proper things to keep himself strong ... When you do things like that its very hard on your body and one thing you can't do is have a disagreement with your body, because it will turn on you. I'm sure from the outside looking in he could make 154, but how effective will he be ... how will his body react to the dramatic weight loss - add to that the loss of muscle ... and muscle strength ... flexability ... and edurance.
He was a tub of lard at 170. Him moving down to 160 or 154 comes down to some discipline, that's all. He won't lose any muscle. Are you kidding me?
I can't argue with that but when he's going the full 12 and still looking fresh - that has to say something about discipline and conditioning -- The fact that he's not taking the weight off properly is the big issue.
