Why can't VADA be the standard for all fighters?

Last I heard, Vegas officials haven't been empowered by the US Government to hand out free ROids and PEDs. Nor are the US FBI tasked to enforce such a deceitful agenda.

 

Except that the Russian Government was not involved, the Russian Olympic Committee was not involved, nor was Putin involved. Rodchenkov stated that some corrupt officials at Rusada were pocketing cash to hide athletes positive drug tests. It was a case of bribery and deception. The McLaren report did NOT mention the Kremlin as having been involved, this was simply a case of people taking in bribes and hiding positive tests. In other words, corruption.

 

OK. I've been asked to give cheating Russians some slack, so that all I have to say about this.
