    Despite the comments, the noob is partially correct with one thing, boxers from two different weight classes fighting does not properly resolve any P4P dispute between the two. That is the whole point of P4P ratings, to compare fighters as if they were naturally of the same weight, which is not the case if one has to cut a lot of weight and the other has to gain it.

    the thing is there is noone at 140 who can **** with Pacquiao. The only one who even has a chance already tried twice at better weights for him and failed, and now he's tied up with someone else anyways.
