What does he have more than Parker, that would trouble Whyte?

Speed?
Granite chin?
Power?

 

Whyte vs Chisora II wasn't a deserving PPV fight. All that fight did was give Whyte an over inflated sense of his own worth which lead to him ducking the rematch against Joshua.

Now that he wants to make it by himself as a PPV attraction , he should have to fight somebody good like Usyk or Povetkin and not friggin Dom Breazzele.
Chisora followed by Breazzele on PPV is a joke. If I was Hearn Id blackball this greedy quack job.

 

Personally I think the chins are similar
Uysk has more power
And his ring IQ is far superior to Parkers

Parker is proven with his chin.

And ring IQ is nice, but it doesn't always win you fights.. and this is true for the heavyweights.

Usyk is overhyped as **** in a division he hasn't set foot in just yet. Whyte has been there, done that.. taken his licks, made adjustments... learnt.. got stronger...

I'll be keen to see how 220 pound Usyk handles body shots from Dillian because i GUARANTEE YOU it will hurt him and slow him the **** down.

They hurt bigger stronger guys than Usyk like AJ, Parker and Chisora.

 

Yeah doubt Whyte would be going for him if he didn't have mando.

Kownacki, Joyce, Rivas, Hunter, Hrgovic

I would not say all these guys are elite level (yet), no question about that, BUT those names are YOUNG(ER), HEAVY HANDED (more or less, Hunter for sure less heavy handed than the rest) AND MOTIVATED to bring it all.

What's the deal fighting old shot guys like Chisora, Lewison, Tann, Browne, Bacurin? Chisora probably the best name there because he KOd Takam in a fight where he lost nearly all rounds till the stoppage. And obviously Chisora is a guy who is made for Whyte. Two sluggers slugging it out. Perfect matchup for an entertaining fight. But Browne looked like a 60yo barkeeper. Helenius was running like Usain Bolt and had no intention to fight.

Bring in those names above...all would come to fight, and probably in very decent shape. And all of them are contenders like Whyte is.

 

Usyk would beat Whyte for me no problem. I guess the fact that he’s not hit the canvas before shows that he has something about his chin, he’s a very relentless and busy fighter - I just don’t think Whyte would manage to keep up with his pace, a points win for Usyk would not surprise me in the slightest, infact that would be my prediction.

 

All boxers have to start somewhere... you don't come out of your mothers vagina and challenge anthony joshua for title unification.

Unless you are chuck norris, Whyte had to build himself up... if you remember Whyte had no amateur experience of note...he learnt and built up as a professional fighting out of a damp garage.

Right, well I doubt you would be impressed or show credit to Whyte even if he beat all those guys.

Which personally, I believe he has NO PROBLEM beating all of them back to back.

No. I would give him big credit if he can beat those names. There are facts why i would do this (young, motivated, powerful opponents compared to old shot slow fighters past their prime).

I can't give him big credit for beating Parker because the fight had some circumstances i can not ignore:
The early headbutt + knockdown completly turned things around after Parker started very well in the first round
a) The headbutt made Parker being dizzy, he was clearly affected the next 3-4 rounds
b) The knockdown was unfair and not legit and gave Whyte big advantage on the cards as if we exlcuding the second round knockdown the fight might have ended as a draw or even a clear Parker win if he could have fight withouth being affected by the headbutt after r2....Parker was winning Round 2 though....

This wasn't a legit fight and the win wasn't fair and square. You don't have to be a Parker "fan" or a Whyte "Hater" to see this IMO. Of course Whyte fought a great fight vs. Parker but still under circumstances i can't ignore and i can't give him big credit for.

 

Fair enough, I can't argue too much on those points it was close and Parker is tough fighter.

But I don't believe a headbutt would concuss you for 3-4 rounds, I mean these guys get punched in the head much harder... they are always dizzy. Should not have been a knockdown but thats what happen.

 

Watching their matches gives me an opinion

No I said I think both can basically take a good whack

And the power thing... Its more to do with Uysks footwork and getting in better positions off the back foot enabling him to hit at full force
