Roy Jones and Evander Holyfield hurt pretty bad, considering how much respect and praise they earned during and after their careers. James Toney maybe even worse, because of his old-school style and demeanor.

there are no great US fighters now compared with the Russians in Klitchsco, Kovalev, GGG, Lomachenko, et al. There are more questionable US fighters suspect and caught using PEDs but they just covered it like it was nothing. It's hypocrisy. Floyd's "Cleaning up the sport" while having a very low T/E ratio and then get's an illegal IV with some fighters in his stable getting caught.lol.

Povetkin has admitted to using Meldonium, but before the ban was placed. This drug takes a couple of months to get out of your system. Only trace amounts of it are in his blood stream, and this is NOT an Anabolic steroid, but rather some liquid with the abilities of creatine and caffeine all in one :yep

The Americans, the Chinese and such have already gone through their doping conundrum, yet they both still top the medal tables to this day, the Russians will be no different, they are consistently in third place, and will continue to be in third place, as their athletes will evolve and learn to mask their doping more effectively, like the rest of the Western hemisphere :hey

It depends on the rating of the testing. Dr. Catlin of VADA/USADA/UCLA, and any other organization we want to attach him to has been critical of USADA for playing the low rating testing game. Basically what he explained is that the test strength can be turned up or down. And in USADA's case it is often turned down. Which is why he doesn't consult with USADA, instead choosing VADA where they turn the strength up.

And the closer you get to the final competition dates, the higher the test strengths will get to weed out anything missed, any chances taken.
