I like Cotto, like him a lot. But, he's no match for PBF. Just a BAD BAD matchup for Miguel. I favor Cotto vs. most anybody but Floyd would dance circles around Cotto en route to a brutal mid round KO. Yes, I said it. Brutal KO by PBF. Sound unreasonable? Floyd can punch when he's got time & room. And Cotto has shown questionable whiskers. I see PBF putting him down easily. I seriously don't see anyone beating PBF. Maybe Mosley of 3 years ago but probably not.

I really like Cotto hes probably my favorite boxer right now and hes been one of my favorite fighters for the past couple years I allways make it a point to watch a Cotto fight because I think hes a really bad MoFo.

At the same time i really dislike Mayweather but i honestly do believe that his speed would bother Cotto in a serious way. I dont think Floyd has enough explosive Power to KO Miguel with one punch like he did Hatton. I mean the Hatton punch was an Absolute fluke imho. Floyd has really good speed with a great defense and when he finds one punch that works unlike many boxers he realises its effectiveness and continues to use it throughout the fight. Like he did vs DLH and Hatton. But i do think Floyd has the speed and agility to possibly wear Cotto down and gain a KO through accumulation of Punching.

That being said....... Id absolutely love to see the fight because i see serious potential in Miguel Cotto i think hes a very strong Aggressive fighter and i think if he fought a really physical aggressive fight like Hatton did tonight he would of Been WAY more Successfull than Hatton was. I mean lets be serious here Floyd hasnt really Thrown down with a fighter Whose In his prime like Cotto with Cottos power agility and hes got decent hand speed wich is awesome.

That's a little ridiculous. Mayweather scores his first KO in years and all of a sudden he's a power puncher. Miguel is not going to get smacked around like a school girl like Hatton. Mayweather has the movement and skill to outpoint Cotto but let's be honest here, it would likely be a repeat of the Baldomir fight if anything. This is the fight that need's to be made.

And Hatton has defence??? I don't think I've ever seena fight of hsi where he wasn't busted open. Every fight he's had in the US aside from the Castillo fight has seen him hurt and troubled. Cotto without doubt would give him a better fight than Hatton

I like Cotto also one of my favorites these days, but Floyd will beat Cotto, I know that Cotto beat the **** out of Zab but Zab has to be one of the dumbest fighters I've ever seen. On the other hand Floyd is probably the smartest fighter I have ever seen. Zab landed a couple straight lefts early in that fight that hurt Cotto a couple of times, and then Zab for some reason quit throwing that straight left. Floyd would throw lead rights all night long because Floyd sticks to what works. Eventhough Floyd don;t have 1 punch KO power he can KO others by accumalation if Mayweather where to rock Cotto with a couple straight rights he would pick Cotto apart like he did to Ricky tonight. Also guys sorry to say but Ricky Hatton is not the smaller fighter between he and Mayweather, Hatton is naturally the bigger man so I dont understand that excuse, Mayweather just has the skills to make it work for him. Anyway great fight tonight, Floyd done something that I thought was the least likely possible outcome of the fight, Floyds definilty something special
