Why couldn`t Garcia deal with reach at all?

Because he was too heavy. How can you capitilize on any opening when you're not sharp? Timing still takes speed, it's just finding an opening and trying to punch during it, but thw openings are only there momentarily, garcia had no pop or speed to reach it. Why he abondoned the outside. Watch him vs dejan and you can see how he moves when in shape.

Marquez although he didnt gain much size atleast didnt bulk up stupidly vs mayweather, after that he started juicing with memo. A tidbit, I remember nacho being really worried marquez wasnt going to get his speed in time before the pacquiao fight, but he got it in the final week. Garcia looked like he never got his speed. Why lifting weights is risky for boxers if they dont know what they are doing. You can easily lose your power(I dont mean just punching power but the quick firing of muscles).

Because Mikey came into the fight with a pistol and Spence came in with a Howitzer. (relatively)

It’s not that Mikey couldn’t do anything, he could, but it required huge amount of risk considering how much firepower was coming at him.

You could clearly see from first few rounds once Mikey felt the power of a natural 154lber he wasn’t going to hunt too much. Even when Spence was hitting mostly gloves and forearms Mikey FELT IT.

Had Mikey been a natural 147lber, he would’ve been much more aggressive and we’d be seeing a completely different fight.

but Garcia was walking towards spence and stayed in the pocket with him. He didnt fear the risk(although he didnt sell out neither). He came in strong enough that he could absorb spence's punch without much effect and easily blocked them too(your guard is reliant on your strength too). Issue was he came in with no speed, he was all strength. I think they went overboard with trying to be as strong as spence and building a body that could absorb bodyshots(very thick core, spindly legs). All resulted in a horrible performance. But that's just my opinion, you got yours.

from like round 2 onwards that jab for spence was not missing, controlled him incredibly well

and GARCIA MADE ADJUSTMENTS later in the fight he tried sticking to spences chest because his original plan was not working.. that did not work out either as spence just ate him up inside... but atleast garcia tried multiple strategy's

Speed is major factor in Mikey's defeat. Spence faster jabs and longer reach made it hard for him to go offensive. And his current body condition does not allow him to move fast too. Mikey's footwork is not really special before and here in this match he can't move as fast, let alone faster. With those situations, there's no choice for him to sit back most of the time and waiting for chance to launch his counter.

Problem is, just like Pacquiao said in today interview, Spence knows this and planned his attack cautiously. Spence chose to remain wary despite of his numerous advantage by utilizing his jabs to penetrate and create opening, which he knows and realizes, would be difficult for Mikey to handle.

Exactly. His best win is probably Robert Easter or Broner. He’s always been overrated. Floyd said it perfectly, “he’s all just straight up and down, no special effects”.
