But if you COULD beat everyone just by having great offense, why couldn't you be the best fighter in the world?:huh

Prime Hamed when trained by the Ingles was a very good counter puncher.

He'd match Pac for speed and has way more bang In his punch. Good timing too.

    I do.

    :good

Absolutely right Hamed would have sparked Pacquiao.

    :dead

Styles make fights & just because Barrera beats Hamed doesn't mean Pacquiao does. Hamed by brutal KO in the mid rounds.

Let's not turn this into a Hamed v. Pacquaio thread.

:roflI totally picked Floyd, that was an easy pick. You need to read my posts before you lie ******.

Hatton's open to timed counter punchers which Pacquiao clearly Isn't one. Pac just swarms forward with fast hands and Is ok with the jab.

Pac Is smaller than Lazcano and Urango, Hatton thrives off small fighters.

Yeah, but I don't live in fantasy world. No one can beat everyone. Greatest offense or not. Styles makes fights to a great extent.

    Like...hypothetically!

Some here say Pacman cannot be the best fighter in the world because he is one-dimentional! So, why couldn't a one-dimentional fighter be the best in the world if that one dimention allowed him to beat everyone?:huh

So you agree with me! Good! I cannot see how anyone could fail to agree that a one-dimentional fighter who beats everyone is the best in the world. Some, though, find a way to disagree, and do so vehemently!

don't be swayed by this one-dimensional bullcrap. pac has improved but underrated defense especially now since it is overshadowed by his tremendous offense and physical gifts. pac now has a good right and left hook counter, a lead right hook and a right jab. he also uses uppercuts now from time to time. if that still is being 1-D, then hatton and juan diaz are definitely 1/2-D.

He has never fought a fighter as fast or as talented as Pacquaio though so you can't compare a Pacman to a Jon Thaxton :nut
