Why dó Floyd hate Oscar de la hoya so much?

Ya, you can see the effects of it. 24 7 is most tailored to him. Despite not being a "likable figure", he's the only one that won an emmy for his 24 7 performance.

He doesnt hate Oscar, he just wanted what Oscar had he wanted to be the spot light he wanted to be the attraction. Oscar has done well selling out to Floyd
