Why dó Floyd hate Oscar de la hoya so much?

Floyd always wanted to be Oscar, he doesn't hate him at all. Why else has he been copying Oscar's every move since Floyd's been about 29?

when floyd signed to fight dlh he became a part of gbp promotions. floyd hasn't gotten paid with out oscar getting a cut of the pie. i guess that's about to change.

 

It will only change if they manage to keep the fights in house like Top Rank does ..

And we all know he wont fight any Top Rank fighters.

damn i cant find the video. when mosely and mayweather was fighting, someone ask if mayweather and de la hoya were cool. may said aint no bad blood he dont like me i dont like him but what do good bussiness together. mayweather thinks oscar is a stuck up ***** and oscar feel mayweather is a spoiled lil biotch. but agree they do good bussiness together.damn i wish i could find that video but im not about to search like that but it would have been the best answer for this thread.

HBO picked up the concept, refined it and took it to another level.

Let's not forget that a Mike Tyson reality show was mooted in the early 2000's. This is simply an extension of that.

HBO and GBP made Floyd. Floyd just played his part very well.

 

The only people who don't respect Floyd are the most ******ed Pac nutthuggers...

I think the question was why isn't he respected as those 2 considering Floyd is undefeated and those 2 have blemishes on their records .I respect Floyd's talenet but compared to those 2 they get deserve more respect for what they did in the ring !

Not true at all.....most non boxing fans have no respect for Floyd based on how disrespectful he is whenever the camera's on him....they base their feelings on what Floyd tries to be.....his legal issues with putting hands on women doesn't help earn him any respect either....boxing fans respect his ability becuase he's a special athlete....but as a person his ability to garner respect from the masses is hindered.

I don't see any reason non boxing fans would even want to follow Floyd. Let's face it his boxing style isn't civilian friendly, and he doesn't play cute for the camera either.
