I think it was the 2nd fight, the round was somewhere in the middle I think maybe between 6-10. Ah ok that makes sense. He might've just been unintentionally doing the fat burning process with all the intense running, heavy bag hitting, jumping rope, and sparring. Intense boxing exercises will burn fat naturally if you're consistent, which Norton was. Norton did say he walks around at 225-230 between fights and I doubt he gets that big from just pigging out on food (because he fought as low as 206 on occasion), doesn't seem the type. Probably the weights.
