Why did BHop duck a rematch when Tito was on his knees begging for one?

Lol nut hugger. No need to start talking about Oscar in a thread that has nothing to do with him. However your not wrong. De la Hoya fought virtually everyone, it's just a shame he went about 50-50 in the big fights.

Yea I'm a big fan of Oscar. Not shy to admit that. Although i think he was more 80-20 in big fights, or 70-30 if you consider the loss to sturm. Mosley 2 and Tito were border line robberies and at worse draw with Mosley 2.

Yes I remember that. I would have preffered seeing that over BHop/Trinidad (but who wouldn't...). I think Hopkins should have given in a bit to face Roy, but sadly we got cheated out of that fight.

First fight, BHop threw the PR flag down.
Second fight, he wipes his ass with it and KOs Tito.
You want a third fight too?

they were too big, too strong thus making them too good. is it a coincidence that the 2 guys that just owned him were "too good" he simply couldnt walk through and destroy like most everyone else he fought? hmmmm

**** yes, and I hold B-hops in VERY high regard. Pac is going down in boxing history ranked in company with Ali, SRR and Armstrong.

Not true. Most serious boxing fans were leaning towards bhop, if not most then let's just say many... The Executioner was a known badass, but Tito was a badass with the hype train behind him. Kinda like Sexio has now, everybody who relies directly or indirectly on a promoter or network payroll falls into line. People who knew boxing knew Hops wasn't gonna go out easy if he went out at all, at that time he was one seriously dangerous mother****er.

Cotto was and is a badass, HOF welterweight. Hatton was an above average champ at 140. Mosley was still dangerous enough to pound the dog**** out of Margo, JMM is an absolute ATG and stellar talent in his own right and Clottey was every bit as dangerous as Cotto and Margarito and all three of them were too dangerous for Floyd to fight. You can argue that the best Barrera was at 122 but you can't really say he was on the decline, and Morales was declining but still damn tough. Tough enough to unretire and pick up a 4th strap and give Maidana the fight of his life. Both MAB and EM are ATG status, as is Mosley and ODLH. Re Oscar, he shouldn't have tried to make 147. Bad way for a great fighter to go out, but no fault of Pac.

You can try to pick apart any fighter's resume, but no matter how you twist it Pac has walked thru absolute fire and taken on the baddest badasses boxing has to offer and more often than not he beat the **** out of them, and he's smaller than ALL of the welterweights by a CONSIDERABLE margin. He's got Mayweather running scared.

You really can't call yourself a boxing fan if you're not a Pac fan. Simple as that.

Even Oscar avoided winky (some say he priced himself out but Winky was the man @ 154) and did not mention the name of forest.

No, you are way off. Everyone was saying tito was gonna retire Bhop. I was like; should they really fight or do we give the belt to tito and spare bhop the punishment?
