Why did Bradley force Pac to fight at 147?

I dont understand how people say beating Pac at 147 is a big accomplishment when we all know Pacs best weight is 145. If Bradley wins I wont count it like the singsurat and torrecampo fights. Those two great champions had to weight drain Pac to get a controversial win. Now Bradleys trying to bloat Pacquiao to slow him down. :-( Thats why I say Mannys really undeafeted because they dont give Manny a fair fight. Anyone else think they should fight at 145?
