he didn't lose it. he suggested unfication and jose "i only want mexican champions" suiliaman was offended and stripped him. bradley had two straps and would have had all 4 if he fought khan. he would have been the first to do that since bhop. fighters who have held all 4 belts are extremely rare. i think bhop is the only one.
bhop picked up all those straps the old fashioned way. i thought jt beat bhop both times...but, as they say... beating the man doesn't always make u the man.
Not really, Bradley was just being inactive & showed at the time, that he won't be fighting anytime soon, so they had no choice to strip him. Morales was originally going to fight Lucas Mattyhsse (but he pulled out 2/3 weeks before the fight) for the vacant WBC title, if they wanted him to win they wouldn't have put him up against him because Morales would've lost & Morales is my favorite Mexican boxer.
I thought it was because Khan was the mandatory challenger and Bradley was outright refusing to fight him whilst sneaking over to toprank.
Because Sulaiman wanted to gift Erik Morales a fourth title, or atleast the opportunity to win it. Golden Boy had a hand in it aswell, as they did in the WBA putting up the Interim belt for Morales-Maidana when Maidana had fought for the WBA belt the fight before vs Khan and lost, and Khan was defending it the same week. total jokes, both WBA and WBC
