Why did Campas pull out of Garcia fight scheduled Sept 13th?

    "Yori Boy" Campas was scheduled to fight Julio Cesar Garcia in that big event in Las Vegas tomorrow, Sept. 13th. Was there any specific reason given anywhere why did he pull out of that?
