Why did Canelo choose Mungia over Benavidez?

I don't think Canelo feels that way Buster.. Dmitry Bivol spanked his butt & took his soul He's gun shy now even with his "help" they couldn't justify Canelo "draw" or a GGG type robbery like they have many times before

I’ll tell you one thing for sure, if the fight gets announced today Canelo would be a heavy favorite.

 

I think there's personal disregard there by Canelo. But the Benavidez fight is also a potential money fight in the current market. So hes best off letting that one marinate

Also we can learn more about David as his career opens up. Giving Canelo more chances to study his opponent
