Why did Cotto hit Zab low on purpose?

I see Margo winning but not in the same manner Cotto did. I doubt low blows would be the reason or a case that Zab would lose. Margo's pressure and volume of punches would dictate that. I haven't seen Margo go for p..sy moves like fouling to buy time when he's in trouble. He just wears you out.

Yep, Margarito beats you up in there. Zab should seriously target Hatton. That would be a good fight and I can see Zab winning. :bbb

But Hatton is at a point now where any fighter that may beat him is just beating up on Floyd's left overs:lol: Hatton right now of 08 compared to Hatton pre-Floyd is not the same guy. He was almost knocked on his ass again with the same punch that Floyd knocked him out with. And Lazcano is not known for his "Brilliance" I guess he just can't see that check-hook:lol: I'd like to see Zab wreck Hatton but it would be better if Hatton was still a beast.

I guessed Zab is screwed then since I dont see him beating any top welterweights. :-(

I think Zab can beat guys at 147 like Callazo, Quintana, Cintron and some others. But like you said not top welters:-(

The fight he had before Clottey was at 154. He fought some white guy named Ryan Davis. But that wasn't a top 154 pounder. I think the only 154 pounder Zab takes is Ouma. But I think there friends and would be a meaningless fight anyway. There's alot of big guys there. Like that dude that is trained by Ann Wolf, I keep forgetting his name:huh

James Kirkland, yeah the division is getting interesting. Angulo and Green are others who are good.

Shut up before I hit you in the balls like Cotto. I wouldn't do it on purpose though. :D :smoke
