it's a fair question, it was news and more so to us boxing fans.

lirva was undoubtly just thinking about the guy and wondered what happened or was reported to have happened... I'm sure he feels bad for the mans loved ones and wishes them nothing but the best.

we make the same inquiries of people we know or know of in life, and likewise when people in the public eye become news we ask the same questions of them. perfectly normal!

and God rest him!

 

I think everybody was gutted to hear the news about Dean Powell.

Assuming the OP is not a known troll, understanding why may help people identify someone who needs help and save a life or two.

Sadly, Powell, Speed, Sutherland are proof that you just don't know what is going on in someone's head. It doesn't matter how much they smile, laugh, make money etc

It's an interesting question. Suicides are always intriguing.
