Why did DLH never rematch Trinidad?

And then the lyers (tito and his dad) saying to the press ''we won'' ''tito beat him''. I don't like that. Lying, not honest, hypocrite people.

But the 3 judges said Trinidad won. How do you expect a guy to win a fight when he shows cowardice and especially in the championship rounds. That fiht was damn close and with Oscar running away (a Mexican running away from a fight and still some Mexicans still adore him), with Oscar running away the rounds should have been 10-0. The winner of the round gets 10 points and the loser gets 9 if it's it close, 8 if it's fairly one sided, etc. Oscar just ran so he gets 0. Thertefore the fight is Trinidad 115 and Oscar 76
Hell the judges were generous giving golden Fishnets 114.

Kaygb the guy who said DLH lost to Tito is the same guy who said he gave Duran the nickname "Manos de Piedra", that said he had a book about DLH coming out in 2005, who said that he and his 12 year old daughter were in the DLH's lockeroom right before his fight to Mosley, who said that his 12 year old daughter asked DLH for an autograph while DLH was preping to walk out to the ring but that DLH said she wasn't old enough to bone so NO. He is the same guy that said taught papa Trinidad how to hand wrap.

I don't know who's stupider Gaygb or the guys who still give him credibility.

DLH went on to lose to Mosley in 2000 and took almost a year off of boxing afterwards. By then, Trinidad was at 154 beating up on the US Olympic kids in Reid and Vargas.

 

That's why he didn't IMMEDIATELY rematch DLH. I asked why he NEVER rematched DLH.

Because by this time, Tito was a $5-10 million dollar fighter and didn't need DLH to get paid, and DLH was the one who RAN.........As Don King said this guys was "running like Carl Lewis" the final 3rd of the fight.

He was also in the process of winning 2 belts at 154lbs. and a title at 160lbs. and challenging himself to be great....

Tito is MUCH more the "fighter's" fighter.....DLH just uses SO much politics/circumstances when it comes to "choosing" his fights, i.e. Vargas, Mayorga, Chavez, Gatti (lol), etc., then tries to get credit because they're "names".........

As far as Duran goes you again show your lack of mentality. Here is the real story of "hands of stone". a fighter by the name of Baby Cassius fought Duran (for some reason the fight is not listed in box rec but it happened). At the end of round 2 Baby came to his corner and said "Man, I have never been hit so hard. It's like getting hit with bricks." At the end of round 3 Baby came to his corner after being brutalized by duran and said "i tell you what. those gloves are loaded Chassy (his trainer). Those damn gloves are loaded" In the 4th the fight was stopped. Baby and Chassy never left duran and followed him to the dressing room never taking their eyes off of his gloves because Chassy believed they were loaded too. When they got to the dressing room Chassy cut them open and of course nothing. Duran was standing by and knew why they cut them open then started to laugh and laugh and stood up, raised his fists and said "you see there was nothing. I have Hands of Stone." a Reporter was in the dressing room and wrote it down. A name was born.
