It's blatantly obvious who ran for the hills during 2009, when the fight was at its peak and when it was a 50-50 split.

    It's disgusting.

Pacquiao definitely wants the mayweather fight. Floyd is ducking him 100%. PAC called him out, said he would fight for free then announced the fight with Bradley the next day.LOL

Now he is lined up to fight the winner of Alvarado and a 50 year old JMM yet he will call Floyd out again and "be waiting by the phone"!!!!!!

We've been over this **** a million times. Both parties are to blame. Mayweather's initial drug testing demands were probably reasonable and Pac should have acquiesced at an earlier date — but this is ancient history now. The point is team Pacquiao DID eventually cede all testing demands, and it still wasn't good enough. Next was the hoopla over the purse. Floyd's current mantra seems to be a mixture between manny's-no-longer-worthy-of-fighting-me-since-he-got-knocked-out-by-marquez and i-categorically-refuse-to-deal-with-bob-arum.

Floyd isn't that enthusiastic about the fight. Probably never has been. Roadblock after roadblock. Take the hint: he doesn't want to fight Manny Pacquiao… for whatever reason, maybe he's afraid of losing, maybe his pride can't handle the fact that people think he needs to fight a certain somebody for his legacy.

Whatever… abandoning the biggest event in boxing history because you don't like working with a promoter is puerility in its rawest form.

I absolutely blame Pacquiao for his servility to Bob Arum, he at least proclaims that he still wants the damn thing.

thats cool....i can vibe with your stance.....but pacquiao saying he wants the fight means jack **** when neither side is making a move....its just lip service "hey ya i want the fight"....but then "talk to my promoter"

pac has said he wants the fight....but did he call floyd out after the bradley fight in front of the world in the ring?....a guy who wants the fight surely would....

pac says he wants the fight....yet his promoter has been quoted as saying on different occasions "i dont even know who to call to make the fight"...and "were willing to do the fight...were waiting for someone to call us"

someone who wants the fight would send an outline of a contract...with what their willing to do/take to make the fight....and send it over a to al, richard, anyone.......and tell us what they were willing to take in regards to tests and splits.....and send it over......then wed find out if floyd is "ducking".....but that **** dont happen.....so pac saying he wants the fight means jack **** to me anyway

That's a reasonable point. I don't think Pacquiao has pursued every avenue either. I'm up in the air with how much Pacquiao wants the fight. It's like 50-50. But I'm 100% Mayweather doesn't want it.

If my memory serves me correctly the plan was for Mayweather to take a tune up against Matthew Hatton and Pacquiao to fight Yuri Foreman.

However it when tits up when everyone realised Hatton would outpoint Mayweather and Foreman would KO Pacquiao. :deal

    In 09...

It was pac that requested a 5050 split...they expected Floyd to balk at the offer...but when he accepted they panicked..:deal

That's when the excuses started to get increasingly weird.

"14 day too close...I still in hebby training":rofl
    "testing makes me week"
"we need time to gather investors from Dubai"
"We need more time to erect a temporary stadium"
"Manny has a cut that won't be healed by May 3rd"
    ect
    ect
    ect
