Your assurance doesn't mean anything to me. It's just speculation. I don't care for words from Floyd's mouth. That's bs. If Arum ruins it, then we can blame Arum, but in the meantime, the only only preventing this from going further is Floyd.

And it's really bad business in trying to shut Arum out since he is Manny's promoter. Floyd doesn't want Arum to get a hold of a 50% splits, that's all there is to it. He's stopping the fight, not Arum.

i dont think he wants it. 50 is reasonable or close to it. greed is 1 thing. but using it to not make the fight seems unreasonable. it seems like hes pricing himself out, a sure sign he doesnt want it

I blame it on Floyd. You obviously don't know business if you believe that's how things work.

$40 million is ridiculous considering how profitable this fight could be. He wants to screw everyone over with that offer. The only winner of that deal is Floyd and no one else.

Wait so Arum wont talk to anybody from Mayweathers side so Floyd calls Manny direct and you blame that on Floyd not trying to get the fight?

Yes. #1, he tried to bypass Manny's promoter. That's not how **** works.

#2, Arum doesn't want to talk unless it's close to 50-50. Why should Arum bat an eyelash if Floyd is asking for 70-30? When someone give me that kind of offer, I'd laugh at their face and wouldn't talk to them either.

#3, if Manny offers Floyd $40 million, would he accept it like he expect Manny to? Hell no.

    1. I'm sure Bob knows more than you think he knows. And I'm sure there are talks between the 2 teams that you don't know about it. It's not black & white.

    2. These promoters have been doing business for the last 3 years. To say that there is no contact...complete and utter bs.

    3. What are you, 13?. If you don't want the fight to happen through rational negotiations, go watch ping pong.

Floyd wants to make sure get makes atleast $100M to fight Pac, I'm certain of that. There was Roger saying that last year on camera, Floyd Sr saying he knows who put that fgure in Floyd's head, and now Floyd demanding Pacquiao take only $40M flat when it's expected each side could make $70M+ in an even split.

Yes, that is my response. This fight is 50/50 from a rational standpoint. And you're making excuse for Floyd, for his greed, and for his irrational demands, which means you don't want this fight happening. Go watch ping pong. You really don't want this fight to happen, that much is clear.

If you don't know how business they've been doing, do some research. Pac-JMM 3 is just a small sample of the 2 promoters doing business with each other.
