Not too long ago we had fighters like DLH fighting the very best at every opportunity not ducking the best at any cost.

Like Oscar had 50 million reasons to make the fight against Pacquiao, even though he sold out his own health, Mayweather has 120 million reasons why this was a great time to make the fight, and it wasn't just Mayweather, I think the networks deserve some credit here as well.

Damn! The fight looked like it would never happened and we all complained.

Now the fight is officially a GO and people are still complaining.

    WTF!

Sure it would have been great to see 6 years ago, but it didn't happen. That's life.

Last I checked Mayweather and Pacquiao are still heavy favorites to beat everyone around their weight class. So the hell with it! Better late than never I say.

It's time to get the hell over it and enjoy what we got to work with. End of story you big babies.

Exactly. The guy who signs Floyd's checks told Floyd how it was going to be. Now let's see if Void can still figure some way out of this.

Because Pac finally wanted the fight. Pac wasn't making any money cheating so he decided not to cheat anymore.

The question is misleading. It assumes Mayweather could've made the fight anytime he wanted to. That's not accurate. Look at the original negotiations, what has Mayweather relented on? The answer is nothing. The fight was all but a done deal for March of 2010. It feel apart over drug testing. Given everything that has happened since, it's apparent that Pacquiao was lying about why he didn't want to be tested. It didn't happen in 2011 because of Floyd. They both were at fault for the fight not happening in 2012. It didn't happen in 2013 or 2014 because Pacquiao had to rebuild himself. They're both at the top of the p4p lists again, and Mayweather has gotten everything he asked for more than 5 years ago.
