Why did Floyd leave 135 AS SOON as Morales came to 130?

Erik Morales came to the 130 pound division at the end of the 2003 year.

Floyd Mayweather left 135 and escaped to 140 to fight Corley in the beginning of 2004.

    Suspicious is, a suspicious does.

He didn't want to hear the calls of moving back down for 1 fight at 130. And we know why.

Floyd's career was exceptionnal. Just to make that straight.

But El terrible was really entertaining. One of the best fainter out there. His fights against Pacman were epic. I wish there was an other fighter like him right now.

Wasn't it Corrales who said anytime, anywhere. Lightweight, Jr lightweight anywhere.

So naturally floyd says junior lightweight and they fight.

Did Floyd not want to do the same and go back down like Corrales did?

Not really. Why would Floyd move to 140?

His level of competition there makes GGG look like a world beater.

Seriously? Was he eyeing a shot Gatti showdown?

he was eyeing going up even further to make big fights with oscar, hatton and cotto....the cotto one never came till late because cotto was was with arum for awhile

floyd actually had an agreement in place to fight margarito, hatton and cotto with bob....but bob balked at guaranteeing him an extra 4 mil total for the hatton and cotto fights....i think bob offered like 10 each and floyd wanted 12 each....bob had no idea about floyds marketability potential
