This is a poor attempt at an analogy Divac. You accusing someone of being a reckless driver would have to come from something substantial, like an actual accident, or accidents, where the cause was to be determined as 'reckless driving'. You just saying someone is a reckless driver goes nowhere.
That's exactly what made Floyd settle! Good grief.... If what you say was so simple, Floyd's high priced attorney's didn't think of that?
It was win-win for Manny. They would had to have paid regardless. Floyd wouldn’t have wanted any media attention regarding his medical records. Once someone starts asking questions, it spreads like wildfire. Whether he was guilty or not, (I’m sure that he was) he didn’t need that kind of negative attention. What was wrong with the video of Manny and Brian Kenny?
Explain to me why Pacquiao asking Mayweather for his medical records made him settle? The judge wasn't going to grant that request from Pacquiao, why would Mayweather settle unless he thought the judge was about to grant Pacquiao his wish which I highly doubt. On what grounds would the judge make a determination to have Mayweather turn over his medical records??
Oh, you know exactly what the judge was going to do? And you know what the lawyers could have done to squash that request...yet here we are. Because there had been rumors of Floyd not passing a few tests. Those rumors were gaining more attention. Pac and his lawyer used this to their advantage, Floyd settled immediately.
That doesn't make any sense! Why would Mayweather give Pacquiao a settlement over the fear that they had something on him? The rumors of Floyd failing drug tests would still be there with or without a settlement taking place. Mayweather settling with Pacquiao wasn't going to serve to squash those rumors.
Why are you so obsessed over this? It was clearly a strategic move made by Pac's lawyer and it worked. Floyd settled the suit.
Of course it makes sense. Any negative attention would have brought even greater attention and scrutiny to the guy pointing fingers. This isn't rocket science. I think that you're angry that Pac won the case (for whatever weird reason).
I don't know what you're going on about, nobody was going to hold it against any fighter for withholding medical records, those are point blank private. What boxer has turned over their medical records upon another fighters request? That's just unprecedented, and it wasn't going to make Mayweather look one way or other like he was hiding something. People just don't make their medical records public.
Again, Mayweather settled, but unless you can provide me with a credible link that say's Pacquiao making a request for medical records it what forced that out of Mayweather, then the settleing didn't happen because of Pacquiao requesting medical records. I've already explained why in my post previous to this one.
Marquez and Mayweather clearly beat the hell out of Pacquiao , you cheerleaders stop crying and deal with it.
My friend, if after seeing that full interview you don't come out of it feeling embarrassed for Pacquiao, then there isn't much I can say to explain it to you.. Brian Kenny kept on probing and asking Pacquiao why not the tests and the excuses Pacquiao was throwing out there were nothing short of outright embarrassing.
So give me the specifics then. You're looking for something that isn't there. He explains why he wants the cut off. He talks about the Morales fight and how he gave blood the day of the fight etc. There's nothing wrong with my comprehension skills. There's nothing in it at all that's damning.
