Why did Floyd use USADA and not VADA?

VADA came into prominence around 2011-2012. Three years later, Floyd rejected VADA-testing and the $5 million per positive test penalty in the biggest fight in the history of boxing.

Oh, and Floyd was caught with a needle in his arm pumping himself full of illegal IV fluids.

A TUE is granted before the fight, not 21 days after and grant it conveniently after getting found out.

So he’s found with IV over the illegal amount and a TUE is conveniently prescribed lmao.

No read the article and see how many boxers usada caught vs vada. It’s damning.

More troubling than USADA’s fee structure are the accommodations that it seems to have made for clients who either pay more for its services or use USADA on a regular basis. The case of Erik Morales, who has held world titles in three weight divisions, is an example.

Under standard sports drug testing protocols, when blood or urine is taken from an athlete, it is divided into an “A” and “B” sample. The “A” sample is tested first. If it tests negative, end of story; the athlete has tested “clean.” If, however, the “A” sample tests positive, the athlete has the right to demand that the “B” sample be tested. If the “B” sample tests negative, the athlete is presumed to be clean. But if the “B” sample also tests positive, the first positive finding is confirmed and the athlete then has a problem.

In 2012, Erik Morales was promoted by Golden Boy, which, as earlier noted, was under the leadership of Richard Schaefer. Golden Boy was the lead promoter for an Oct. 20 fight card at Barclays Center in Brooklyn that was to be headlined by Morales vs Danny Garcia.

On Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, the website Halestorm Sports reported that Morales had tested positive for a banned substance. Thereafter, Golden Boy and USADA engaged in damage control.

So we know usada fee structure allows them to bought. Guess who was paying them the most?

It was announced publicly that the bout contract Mayweather and Pacquiao signed in February 2015 to fight each other provided that drug testing would be conducted by USADA. But the actual contract with USADA remained to be negotiated. In early March, USADA presented the Pacquiao camp with a contract that allowed the testing agency to grant a retroactive therapeutic use exemption (TUE) to either fighter in the event that the fighter tested positive for a prohibited drug. That retroactive exemption could have been granted without notifying the Nevada State Athletic Commission or the opposing fighter’s camp.

Team Pacquiao thought that was outrageous and an opportunity for Mayweather to game the system. Pacquiao refused to sign the contract.

a copy of the final USADA-Mayweather-Pacquiao contract provides: “Mayweather and Pacquiao agree that USADA shall notify both athletes within 24 hours of any of the following occurrences: (1) the approval by USADA of a TUE application submitted by either athlete; and/or (2) the existence of and/or any modification to an existing approved TUE. Notification pursuant to this paragraph shall consist of and be limited to: (a) the date of the application; (b) the prohibited substance(s) or method(s) for which the TUE is sought; and (c) the manner of use for the prohibited substance(s) or method(s) for which the TUE is sought.”

How was Mayweather’s IV handled by USADA?

As previously noted, the weigh-in and IV administration occurred on May 1. The fight was on May 2. For 20 days after the IV was administered, USADA chose not to notify the Nevada State Athletic Commission about the procedure.

Finally, on May 21, USADA sent a letter to Francisco Aguilar and Bob Bennett (respectively, the chairman and executive director of the NSAC) with a copy to Top Rank (Pacquiao’s promoter) informing them that a retroactive therapeutic use exemption had been granted to Mayweather. The letter did not say when the request for the retroactive TUE was made by Mayweather or when it was granted by USADA.

Subsequent correspondence in response to requests by the NSAC and Top Rank for further information revealed that the TUE was not applied for until May 19 and was granted on May 20.

How do you even begin to challenge something like that?

Look we all as unbiased and fair human beings know Floyd was cheating. On another note you have some people who back him just because he is black and they see him as a successful black man trying to be ruined by the masses. So I have been told.

Boxing is the most racist sport out there. That's why when Floyd accused Pacquiao of using PEDs, a ton of black fighters jumped on board. When Floyd was caught w/ IV fluids, no one said a damn thing. Hell, even in the Broner fight, many black fighters picked Pacquiao to win, but WANTED Broner to win. Broner is one of the most despicable human beings on the planet. Even Shawn Porter who professed for years to be "Team Manny" was screaming and cheering Broner on during the fight. Imagine that!

Stunning is not the same as hurt. Mayweather was never hurt. He buzzed Mayweather twice and Mayweather shook those two times off easily. Only fighter to hurt him was Mosley. Pac haven't KO'ed anybody in about 10 years since doing testing. SO i can believe anything like ur doing and stay had to be on something during his KO streak. It's all speculations and opinions at the end of the day. We don't know for sure.

Because VADA won't sweep positives under the carpet, which USADA allegedly did multiple times with Floyd.

Floyd ran from Pac, but walked down Mosley, Maidana, Berto, Ortiz, Guerrero, and Canelo — all much bigger men. You think Floyd wouldn't have walked Pac down if Pac didn't hurt him? Floyd even complemented Pac's power calling it "strange".

USADA, VADA, WADA... all have been proven corrupt. Yet not as corrupt as the NSAC!

"Anything beyond the NSAC testing is unnecessary, a sign of being scared, and an invasion of privacy!" was the company line that half of vocal posters literally spewed out daily/weekly for 3 entire years. Now they are big on the drug testing kick ever since KTFO6, oh yeahhhhh. Laughable. I know I'm consistent and I know most of ya'll aren't.

floyd was for sure juicing. 100%. They say they took urine from him before and after but the first sample was a partial sample i.e not enough to be tested, and the second was after a well known method of blood/urine dilution. They for some reason didn’t think to take blood. The USADA guys also got there before this uncredited doctor arrived. Apparently having the time to call for a doctor but not the time to inform the NSAC. Bob bennet was absolutely livid about USADA going behind the commissions back, and yes, floyd needed a TUE because it was an infringement of WADA protocol. A lot of rules were broken that night, they don’t say who diagnosed him and on USADA’s big write up trying to clear their name they never mention dehydration or anything of the sort, they just say “Mayweather’s physical condition”.

    Read this.
Mayweather pulled something similar vs Mosley. Does anyone remember the first episode of mosley 24/7? Floyd makes USADA wait 5 hours while chugging on water before giving his urine sample? Read a little as to how fighters like to duck USADA: https://www.reddit.com/r/MMA/comments/5jvyx4/how_fighters_can_use_peds_and_pass_usada_testsone/

In 2012, Hauser wrote an article about Mayweather failing 3 tests and then got a TUE to cover it up, info he got from a hidden source. NOTE THAT THIS WAS IN 2012! In 2015, mayweather is given a TUE after an illegal IV, but this time it is a fact for the world to see.

I can go on and on, there is a lot of evidence for Floyd being a certified cheat, but his fans wave it off like a coincidence. The low t:e ratio’s, coincidence. Testosterone replacement “i don’t know what that is” my foster father doesn’t own 24 anti-aging clinics, coincidence. We all know Floyd doesn’t care about anti-aging shizz, that’s why he doesn’t get vampire facials.
