why did Haye fight Valuev instead of the Klitschkos, the MAIN REASON ?

    I'm not voting as I think the poll is loaded.
    The simple reason is, as everyone knows, the majority if not all of Haye's money as written in the contract was to come from setanta sports, setanta went under, therefore Haye would have been fighting for practically nohing had the bout(s) gone ahead.

    well, the Valuev fight showed why. also he was knocked down by Monte Barett. The klitschkos are obviously better and perhaps this is the reason, no?

    Unfortunately for you, he won't even get the opportunity now that King and Sauerland own him. You'll see his bogus title being tied up for 3 years fighting Ruiz, Valuev again, Ray Austin, and whomever else Don King sees fit.
