Not getting paid or having a back injury are totally valid reasons to pull out.

Haye has been chasing Wlad for ages.

:patschok get this, hayes best chance of beating vlad is to use his speed and movement, but with vlads jab being so potent why should he go into the fight with a bad back

    what?!

dont be ridiculous, why would he run from the biggest paydays of his career?????

its clear that he had a slight back strain and because of the contract imposed on him by wlad, he was only getting paid by setanta sports who went bust.

any of you saying well he should have fought him for free are talking ****. its a professional sport where you can DIE at any time. any of you criticising him for this have obviously never fought in your lives

I don't know if he ran, I don't know want to get into that. But I know for sure Haye was never ready for Vlad from what I've seen. His technical skills is questionable, he could of fought James Toney or Kevin Johnson for a tune-up, but skip at those opportunties and went straight for Vlad, which was a mistake from the get go.

The contract that was signed specified a specific date for the fight . . . and for what ever reason Haye can't make it . . . so who didn't honor the contract?

If you can't comprehend that simple thing . . . then something must be terribly wrong with your brain. Haye ****ed up and he can't held the Champ hostage and wait because he is still a nobody at the division. :deal

    :yep

i understand why wlad took another fight to stay active......but there is no money or fan attraction in fighting mando with povetkin.....its time to confront haye, if vitali doesnt do so in september...

I have no problem if Wlad fights Haye next . . . point is . . . it's not Wlad's fault that the intended fight didn't pushed through . . so stop mentioning illogical arguements on why Wlad didn't honor the contract. :yep :hey

Perhaps Haye will produce some medical proof, but so far excuses have been first a hand injury then a back injury...oh ya and a wallet injury:huh

The press claimed the hand injury, Haye and his camp never claimed that.
