Why did Hyrgovic land the right hand at will but Joshua couldn't?

Joshua was probably cautious because he saw Dubois break down Hrgovic causing the referee to stop the fight, he didn't want to take any chances against a younger fighter in awesome shape.

And that just exposes how mentally weak he is, when he sees a threat, his default is to be cautious. Compare that to Lewis, when he saw a threat he did the opposite, like against Ruddock and Golota, he chose to dictate the fight from the opening bell and take them out first before they can get into the fight and become a threat.

This landing the right hand at will seemed the narrative everywhere you looked prior to the fight especially from Joshua's cringeworthy cheerleader squad - Hearn, Bellew, Chisora, Haye, Nelson etc etc How did they get this so badly wrong?

Duke McKenzie called this fight spot on, just like he did Fury v Usyk. Frank Warren and Fury both called an important aspect before the fight, they both said that whoever fights going backwards from the 1st bell will lose.

The big problem for Joshua when rewatching this fight was that Dubois excellent jab made him fight going backwards and he couldnt set his feet to let the right hand go, he was coming up short with it everytime due to being on the back foot and good head movement from Dubois.

I think Joshua taking this rematch is a terrible idea because he wont be able to make Dubois fight going backwards. On top of that, Joshua gets ultra safety conscious after a loss, I feel like a very confident Dubois would be able to finish a rematch earlier than the first fight.
