A fight with Miranda will get him less in the long run as to making the bigger fights happen than a title.

2) Nobody will care about Miranda in due time, he's awful.

3) Learn about the real deal on the negotiations and what happened, Miranda and team are the ones who messed it up.

He didn't duck him! You can only duck a mandatory. Miranda was not Kessler's mandatory.

Kessler didn't even avoid Miranda. You only avoid a fighter you think might beat you, or a fighter who presents an awful risk/reward.

Simply, Kessler made a management mistake by not fighting Miranda. This mistake will affect his career and future financial prospects but it doesn't affect his reputation as a man or as a fighter. Kessler was hoping he'd get a shot against Mundine for the WBA title, because he believed Mundine when the latter said he wanted to rematch him. It's stupid to believe anything Mundine says.

Nah mate, a title will do him more than Edison miranda. In a years time, nobody will care about that club fighter.

Miranda is not a club fighter and Kessler could have fought Miranda for the WBA title as easily as Sartison - this is in doubt too!

WBA on Mundine, Kessler!
Kessler-Sartison may not be for WBA belt
The WBA has issued a statement to somewhat clarify the situation of current WBA super middleweight champion Anthony Mundine and official challenger Mikkel Kessler. According to the WBA, Mundine must defend his title against official challenger Kessler after defending his crown in an optional defense first, which is scheduled for next May 28th against Sam Soliman. In the meantime, Kessler’s camp has requested that the WBA consider the possibility of stripping Mundine and sanctioning a fight between Kessler and #4 contender Dimitri Sartison for the vacant title, in the event Mundine refuses to face Kessler. The normal procedure in cases where the champion does not honor his obligation against the official challenger is for the WBA to sanction a fight for the vacant title between the two highest available contenders. However, in Mundine's case the WBA cannot make any official decision at this time since facts have not unfolded yet. The WBA is closely following this case and will make a decision based on the forthcoming events in the following weeks.

Why would he pull out of the Miranda fight and hope to fight Mundine, when it was known Mundine was already scheduled to fight Soliman in May?

it was mirandas promoter that comes with an offer to fight kessler, for 400.000
dollars,no title on the line.
AND a fight that wouldnt bring kessler anywhere!!i know it would have been an amazing win for miranda if that would have happened
but kessler will be back on the track with a belt.
AND he will be undisputed smw champ in about 2-3 years if palle play the cards right(thats what i fear most).
BUT kessler is back, and thats just great!! WHO´S dan rafael?

Palle's mistake; he hopes he'd convince the WBA to force Mundine to defend his title against Kessler. He couldn't. Stupid!
