why did kevin mitchell not get the rios fight ?

True. Any drug related offence and you've got pretty much no chance. With other offences, it's only if you've served a significant time in jail that you would get refused straight away.

 

maybe because rios was looking for a easy fight how can the so called best lightweight in the world justify boxing someone coming off a brutal loss like Murray did to Mitchell.

 

I'm pretty sure Rios would fight anybody Uncle Bob put infront of him... Mitchell included

Depends on the terms of the conviction / probation / community service order. Some sentences specifically ban non-domestic travel, some don't, depending on the circumstances of the crime and the person who committed it.

Either way Fwank wasn't about to spend thousands setting up a Mitchell / Rios fight when it was still unclear whether Mitchell was going to get locked up behind bars. I honestly think that had Kevin not ****ed up and had a banned weapon in his car, it would be him training for the Rios fight now.
