Why did Louis go down against Galento, Baer, Braddock, and Walcott?

With the gloves he used 10 on power, probably 9 to finish once his man was hurt.

When did Louis fail to finish a hurt opponent?

Louis went the distance 15 times. It's easy to finish a hurt opponent, so how about a time Louis had a man down, but failed to finish him? Would that qualify?

I said "9" which is very good.

15 times in 69 fights. that's not much. When Louis had someone down but failed to finish him?

He dropped his lucky dime that he always carried on the end of a bit of string inside his boxing trunks and had to look for it. Louis never went anywhere without his lucky dime, everybody knows that.

Ok so then you must think he was the best offensive fighter of all time if you think he had bad defense, balance, a bad chin, on top of having slow feet.

Louis didn't have great balance at times. He had had lapses that probably led to some of the knockdowns he had. That and he was always there to be hit. Joe was aggressive throw alot of punches therefore he's open.
His chin was slightly above average IMO.
