Why did Lucian Bute lose to Carl Froch?

Or could it be one of these :


1- He only trained for Rachel screaming...couldn't get use to the rest.

2- He really thought Carl Froch liked him after all the press meets they had. After the first bad intentioned punch Carl landed, Bute already had the WTF? look on his face. He never recovered from such disrespect and even unfriended Frochy on Facebook right after the fight.

3- After the first crisp punch Carl landed on him, Bute immediately felt like he had to take a ****. How can a man concentrate on anything else when he desperately must take his **** ?


Seriously, it was the most awful possible performance he could have had. From now on, he simply won't be able to hide if he's mentally tough enough or not, to climb his way back amongst the top. There's no easy way out...

 

Doubt he could do too much worse! Well I guess he could.

Same reason Khan lost to Garcia, despite being as superior in every other dept. on paper as was Bute to Froch.

Probably something to do with the repeated punches to his head and realising he wasn't fighting a no-hoper for a change. This is exactly the same as Rocky III but there ain't gonna be a Hollywood ending in the rematch.

 

what the **** is that bull**** excuse? He arrived like 2 weeks before the fight. Bute got so smacked up by Froch, there is no excuses

 

Well Khan was winning a shot out, until my new man Danny "G" arcia stopped him. But boxing wise, then no ****ing way Bute has better boxing skills than Froch.

 

Spot on actually, you Bute fans underestimated Froch and overestimated Bute. No disrespect but, because he lost in that manner, then we will all say that he was nothing but a hype job, but i'm looking forward to see him vs Grachev.

 

Yeah he couldnt take Froch's power... Expect the same in the rematch.. :good

 

Well he landed 1 or 2 nice signature bodyshots, but Froch just barely winced and wasn't having none of that. Then when he saw Froch still standing Bute said Oh ****... Froch fought like a man possessed.

 

I think it was simply a question of levels. Bute looked over his head in there,he looked like the proverbial rabbit caught in the headlights.
He found himself in deeper waters than he'd ever experienced against a man who was tough and motivated and he simply couldn't cope.
Stangely though I wouldn't rule him out in the re-match
