Manny and Arum have a history of putting roadblocks and/or stalling when it comes to Floyd.

If May 5th and MGM was not an issue, why not agree to it weeks ago.

Then this whole purse split could have been dealt with a few weeks ago and the fight would have been signed already.

But as I said, Manny/Arum put up as many road blocks or stall as much as possible.

I believe they always knew May 5 and MGM was the way to go, but stalled.

But 50-50 is fair, so hopefully Floyd says okay, let's do this.

I still personally think once Floyd says that, the testing issue will come back.
