The question goes both ways, Why doesn't Floyd accept the 50/50 split given that he already dictated the additional testing, the date and the venue and all the bull**** that goes along with it.

exactly. They fought the best then. The whole twitter thing was meant to make it look like Floyd called Manny out, but it is again the same story.

He does not seem to want the fight. If Floyd does not accept this fight now after the twitter stuff and facebook, then it is proven he really never wanted the fight. I would think he would want the fight. Even if he loses to him it is better than never fighting Manny. Legends fighting legends builds their legacy. Hearns lost to Hagler, but his legacy grew in that fight.

He was trying to make it seem as if he was pushing hard to make this fight happen so he can go ahead and fight his next handpicked opponent and his fans won't be too upset with him, and Floyd's been doing the same ****ing thing.

What a joke this thread is.

I didn’t spot one fan on here taking Manny’s comments seriously (about taking less money). Instead, they recognized (correctly) that Arum was the one who has the true and final say on what split they’ll agree to. What Manny says is irrelevant because he’s Uncle Bob’s *****, remember? Also, everyone here was in agreement that the fight was perfect for 50-50, and the Floyd fans especially rebuked the talk of Floyd asking for more. I admit, I too thought that ESPN email was bull****.

But then, when it emerges that Floyd did indeed ask for more, those same people desperately go back to cling on Manny’s comments about taking less money. What happened to "Manny ain’t ****. He ain’t even his own boss"? And to add to that, what happened to fight being deserved of a 50-50 split? Why have you guys changed your mind on that as well? Because Floyd says so, that's why :deal.

 Lemmings, the lot of ya’.
