Why did Margarito get his license back and not Panama Lewis?

Because Margarito has people like Arum and Jose Suliaman behind him it was all political. Margarito is a disgrace and should never have been allowed in a Boxing ring. Ever.

They actually took the padding out of the glove, but I dont know what is worse Plaster or gloves with no padding!

Margarito never used illegal handwraps. You can argue they intended to use them or had used them in the past but you can't prove that. With Resto, there's no doubt. With Margarito, it could literally have been a mistake.
