Why did Monzon never moved up and Fight Bob Foster?

    I do not understand that logic that one must move up, it is not cowardice, some champions are very comfortable at their respective weight classes, why do this to satisfy a fan's request. A fighter has to do what is best for him, that curious fan is not going into the ring by his side. I might add that Carlos Monzon was very smart with his investments, he also was a movie actor in his native Argentina. He did not squander his money like the fighters do today.
