Why did Mosely take 6 blood test and Floyd didn't?

"In the meantime Keith Kizer, executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission disclosed that both Mayweather and Mosley had “at least 5 urine tests each for Mayweather and Mosley and at least 5 blood tests for Mayweather and 6 blood tests for Mosley.”

Sounds a little unfair to me if their suppose to do the same thing evenly for both fighters. I also wonder if that sixth blood test had anything to do with Moselys performance that night?

Its random testing in amount and timing. The only person who taking blood seems to affect is Pacquiao. Mosley expressed the opposite many times. I can already see how dumb this thread is going to get.

They should disclose a list of what days and times the shots were administered. How close to workouts and better yet, fightnight.

I agree if the numbers are not equal you can not say that this was a fair method of testing...... Not liking the idea anymore if both are treated fair and tested the same no problem but that isnt the case here.... and one has to wonder if that 6th test was while he was on his way to vegas as shown on 24/7 and if so did that have an effect on him which very well could have nobody can say other wise or argue that it didnt....

Because the tests are random, meaning that some guys may get 5, some may get 6, some may get them on consecutive days, some no test for two weeks.

Just the way random testing works. You'd have to be a fool to imply that such an inconsequential difference was important in any way.

  6. Actually, you can hear Mosley say the blood tests took his power away when Larry Merchant is interviewing Floyd after the fight.

Did anyone notice that they said they had 6 blood tests for Mosley and AT LEAST 5 for Mayweather. To me that indicates that there is a possiblity that they have more blood samples for Mayweather. Whether they do or don't, that one extra blood test doesn't make a difference.

Because Shane Mosley is an ADMITTED CHEATER.

    Enough Said.

Floyd should have never been blood tested in the first place.

I didn't hear a single thing even remotely close to Mosley saying the blood test took his power away. I heard the entire interview.

It's quite clear that his power was as good as ever in that fight.

I thought I was the only one that heard him say that, I was beginning to think I imagined it. Good to know he really did say it.

Wow the *******s are resorting to making up ****, about Mosley saying he was weakend by blood tests. Mosley never said anything like that in the post fight interview, as a matter of fact he championed the drug testing after the fact, saying that if Manny wants to fight Floyd he should just take the test.

Also lets not forget that Shane, on the last episode of 24/7, said he prefered the drug test because he didn't have to worry about adding weight.

If its going to be fair both fighters should be tested the same amount of times.

He says it off mic, around the time Merchant brings up test. He says it while smiling and seeming agreeable, but that's just how Mosley is. However it is off mic and he could be saying something else which just sounds like that.
