Why did Mosely take 6 blood test and Floyd didn't?

Mosley was going along with it to clear his name from having been known to have taken illegal substances before. Of course he would say that. But you could see on his face all the way through the series how he really felt about it.

What is known is that Mosley possibly took a blood test alone the day before the fight and for the first time ever tires out after the second round he won, a fighter who normally gets stronger as fight goes on, a fighter who has come back strong last four fights at the end, and is on the backfoot against a fighter who was fighting defensively against a superfeatherweight his last time out!

I'm sure the scientific validation that went behind USADA testing had to prove the procedure does not affect the performance of an athlete. The premise that Mosley took the test last affected this fight is moot. If that were true, we would hear how unfair this type of testing is by the Russians, Chinese, USA .... Wake up people, this is not the dark ages.

With only two fighters, the last proverbial flip of the coin chose Mosley. Simple as that. When I was in the Navy, random drug testing was streaky. Sometimes I would get called two to four times in a row. Sometimes skipped.

 

Pacquiao got into this thread because he is the only one who I've EVER heard say blood testing weakens him. The amount of blood tests Shane and Floyd took would not even be mentioned if there was no implication that some sort of 'advantage' was provided to the fighter who took less tests. The whole concept of drug testing having any affect on performance began with Pacquiao. To even suggest that blood tests 'weakened' Mosley sounds like a *******ed thing to say, and/or originates from that philosophy. That's how.

I don't think Floyd has any interest in cleaning up the sport, but he's doing the right thing, even if it is for selfish reasons, and Pac is doing the wrong thing, also for selfish reasons, by refusing to take the test.

This whole thing can be cleared up by watching the last episode of 24/7. USADA came to Big Bear right before Mosley and his camp left for Vegas. THEY INTENDED TO PERFORM A URINE TEST, BUT MOSLEY OBJECTED BECAUSE OF THE EFFECTS IT MAY HAVE ON MAKING WEIGHT & HYDRATION! MOSLEY WAS THE ONE WHO DECIDED TO GO AHEAD WITH A BLOOD TEST! THERE'S YOUR 6TH BLOOD TEST RIGHT THERE!

 

How do we "possibly" know this? We know that Mosley took tests. We have a quote that implies that he might have taken more tests than Floyd. We don't know when, in general, either fighter took their tests. We don't know who took the last test, or when it was taken.

And all of that assumes that a minute amount of blood taken can have such a serious effect on performance that it could cause a fighter to go from being a twelve round fighter, to a two round fighter.

It's bollocks. The only odd thing is people who continue to give credence to this utter tripe.

Huh? Why is it selfish for pac not to bend over for floyd? Isnt it clear that pac would do what the commision wants and not what floyd wants. So now pac is selfish because he doesnt want to give in to someone who want to put him at disadvantage. jeez christ atsch

how can anybody who is on 7'000 calories a day and fully highdrated
