I watched the news yesterday and didn`t see Fury`s win mentioned at all, yet it was on the front page of the sun newspaper why is this? LBC radio are having a debate with callers as to why Fury has been forgiven for sexist and homophobic comments he made five years ago, could that be the reason?

What are you talking about it was all over the BBC news on Sunday and then again on Monday. They even mentioned Wilder's costume excuse on the BBC news this morning.

I'm sure the British media/establishment will now pretend they always supported Fury because he is now playing the game and therefore is 'sponsor friendly' which means you can make money from him as a product/attraction.

He's become lucrative, which means he's a 'good guy' all of a sudden. When he was being outspoken, and saying things far milder than certain protected groups do every day in the UK, he was not a money spinner with the corporate powers and was a political danger to the establishment.

But since Fury started speaking liberal gobblygoop or watching his mouth, always talks about doing the parenting/chores and never mentions his stay-at-home wife doing anything domestic, champions everyone and only says positive things, loves Arum and Finkel like uncles, talks about 'one humanity' while being set up as a mark for black history month, fights the epic battle of 'mental health' and 'body shaming' ... he's got big deals, books, Christmas singles ... His father is all over the mainstream TV.

So what are you waiting for? Toe the line and don't ever question what's happening ever again. Success and acceptance will be yours!

LBC is a pure politics channel that's all they care about.
When he beats joshua though he won't be able to be ignored or put on the back pages.

Which is the correct thing to do. He said the right thing. He didn't get dragged into that crap about being 'white v black' and he's a proud gypsy anyway, so I guess he respects everyone's right to celebrate their ethnic heritage.
He's always been a 'one humanity' type of person.

The BBC did bring up his previous outspoken views, it's not like the media have just forgotten about what he said. Though they did gloss over it and the person they were interviewing said it was a mistake and should be left in the past.

I doubt Fury will ever have the kind of mainstream acceptance Joshua has. But he does seem to have been more accepted now that he has learned to censor some of his more controversial opinions. Though others haven't forgotten what he said and are ensuring we don't forget, such as the article below from the Independent.

It's been all over the news.

Also reif you want news based on reality, try reading something other than the sun. It's a tawdry rag made of lies.

I'm thinking WWE wasted their Tyson Fury time a bit. I'm just thinking that it could have been a bigger deal now. Of course, he could still come in for a Wrestlemania appearance, Triple H and Stephanie are in love with him.

He'll be back. It's easy money, he's got the perfect personality for it and it will help to build his legend further afield than the hardcore boxing crowd.
