Why did Pac fight DLH @ 147, Cotto @ 145 & now Clotty @ 147. He's picking & choosing

Why did Floyd agree or "lured, the better word" to fight JMM at 144, then have the contract changed last minute to allow the fight to happen with him over the weight.

 

Pac and Freddy always set the gruondrules,weight,catchweight,glove size etc. oscar was weight drained at 147. so was Cott slightly at 145.David Diaz was the weakest title holder at 135.Hatton was rattled after floyd.He would have lost to Lazcano exceptt for the ref. halting the action for Hatton to tie his shoe.Pac. gets too much credit from the people.Was lucky to get a draw with Marquez in the first fight. Was super lucky to get a wun in the scond,after making Marquez wait four and a half years for a rematch. Now him and freddy pick Cotto because they see him as limited.Pac. is good but not what a lot of people make him out to be. Ran from a 40 million dollar drug test .then ran to court . Too much blame laid on Floyd for that one. Shane stepped up to the plate.Why not Manny?

 

dont think 145 or 147 woudl have made a difference for cotto to be honest.
