WHY did Pacquiao and Co FORCE the Cotto fight to be at 145lbs?

    No one forced Cotto anything. Team Pacquiao actually wanted a 143lbs catchweight then Cotto said 145 or nothing and they accepted.

    Because Pac wanted nothing to do with Cotto at 147 plain and simple.. You don't request something you don't want.. Even after Freddie said Cotto was a damaged fighter they still wanted him weaker..
