WHY did Pacquiao and Co FORCE the Cotto fight to be at 145lbs?

    Cotto couldn't make 147 anymore, much less 145, he agreed because they made an offer he couldn't resist, the biggest purse of his career, and he will make a lot more in his next fight against Fraud in a more comfortable weight, Pacroid is a cheater, we need Joey Greco to caught this guy in the act...

    because he wasnt confident he could beat him on equal terms, which is understandable seeing as how he was taking on the top fighter in a weight much higher than he is used to fighting in.
