WHY did Pacquiao and Co FORCE the Cotto fight to be at 145lbs?

Previous to Cotto/Pacquiao, Pacquiao fought at 140 versus Hatton, he weighed in at 138 for that bout at the scales. Cotto fought Clottey, weighing in at 146. During negotiations the idea of 143 was proposed. Cotto countered with 145. Both sides agreed and the fight was on.

Now, my question to those who seem to be confused is, and I'm 100% serious,...are you ****ing stupid? Seriously, are you just a bunch of morons? Maybe someone can translate my post into a rap song, or maybe into Spanish...so your slack jawed high forehead slobbering heads can absorb what you're missing. Poor dumb *******s.

 

Do I have run through the list of catchweight title fights in the history of boxing, and as to why they took place, or should assume you're not a ****ing pissant fool?

 

Oh, and we'll conveniently forget/ignore the fact that Cotto wanted a 150 lb. catchweight bout versus Margarito, but eventually settled at 153 instead, one pound below the Junior Middle limit. And he wanted a 160 lb. cap on fight night, but didn't get it. This is after fighting at 154 twice preceding this bout. Yeah, nothing similar happened there. ****ing douche bag dickriding fanboys and their selective memories.

It was made because people wnted the cotto manny fight. but cotto was though s the much bigger fighter so they came up with a catch weight. Cotto was fine with iw.

Manny gave Marquez a catch weight in there 3rd fight.

Floyd also gave him one.

Ward and Dawson have done it so we get to see that fight.

Hopkins and delahoya did it so we got to see that fight.

Broner said he's do it to make the rios fight. A fight we'd all love to see.


Catch weights happen in boxing.

If the fight had hapened after clottey, then it would have been at 147.
