whether he would have agreed to all mayweathers terms then mayweather would have had another excuse not to go with the fight

Why don't they just throw that demand and let Mayweather take weahtever PEDS he wants and Pac take whatever PEDS he wants and they fight.

Afterall, they would then be equal! It matters now who really is the more skillful.

Honestly, my thinking is that Pacquiao initially rejected the 14 day window because he did'nt think he could work his ped's around it.......

.......there are certainly experts who have said they could work ped's around a 14 day window.
Pacquiao must have educated himself on this fact and now is willing to do the 14 days with the knowleadge that he could beat that window.

Thats certainly a possibility. If he was'nt sure before he could beat the tests, certainly he was'nt going to agree to such a window........

.....after so many weak excuses, he now say's he will accept the 14 day window, and I certainly cant blame Mayweather one bit for telling him he had his chance at it and turned it down, now you have to reallly do it the legit way, which is random to the day of the fight.

The first offer for the 14 day blood testing cutoff was rejected because it came with a premise that Pac had his blood drawn 14 days before the Hatton fight which Pac's team said it was false. It was eventually proven that Pac had his blood drawn 24 days before the Hatton fight. In the mediation Pac lowered his demand from 30 to the 24, hoping, for a counter from Floyd's side.

Floyd did not counter (I have not seen any article) the 24 or re-offer the 14 day cut-off during the mediation. Floyd back then also refused to sign on to the proposed compromise.

Even before the deadline set by the mediator passed, both sides walked away essentially declaring the fight is dead.

One day after Pac and Clottey agreed to fight, Floyd came out with his "I want to whoop his punk ass" statement and where he re-offered his 14 day no blood testing offer.

To answer your original question, my point was,..... I believe the 14 day was not offered when it mattered most, it was never really in play.
