You know lets not forget here, I dont think the testing was the real issue it very well may not have been. The time Negotiations had started, Floyd just got done spanking Marquez, a guy who had given manny 24 rounds of hell.
So the request of testing may have been a way for Manny to skip out on the fight, perhaps they saw that performance and though to themselves maybe they should look else where.
The testing gave them a way out...
Just a thought not a fact or anything but very well could explain why we havent the fight yet

WADA sets the code for each countries policy, in other words Pac and Arum wanted to use the WADA code for testing, which I believe VADA uses that standard of testing and USADA does not always use the 6-1 ratio for CIR.

so its not a testing agency it simply sets the code and standards for agencies.

Yeah I know that sort of thing. And obviously they would be using WADA agencies for Pac training in the Phillipines, since it's not USA, and as far as I can recall Floyd never had a problem with any of that.

Floyds never turned down VADA testing, I don't think anyone has ever made him try and take it though.

I think it was after Floyd had asked for his 100th request for the fight to go ahead that eyebrows were raised, its all well and good asking for ring size, purse amount, venue etc and bloods to be taken but when Floyd insisted he wanted Pac to fight one handed and riding a pogo stick rightly pac refused

I don't think Pacquiao was scared. I believe he ducked the fight for one or two reasons. Either Arum didn't want him to fight Floyd or he was dirty. No matter which one it was, he clearly ducked Floyd point blank. How he remained p4p #1 after that is beyond me. Floyd has an unlikeable persona about him, but that shouldn't of been the reason for the media and boxing writers to discredit him for being a lesser fighter then the guy (Pacquiao) that ducked him.

Pac or Floyd never ducked anyone! Bob Arum hates Floyd and doesn't want him to have that kind of payday on his watch! I was in the owners box at the Superbowl in 2011 and the hugs and smiles between the 2 fooled nobody at all. It's a true hate, hate relationship and that's what's really going on.

Also Arum never lets his cash cow fight unless he's certain of victory and he's going to wait Floyd (until he's aged enough in his eyes) out and if he feels he can win, he'll pull the trigger on the fight. If he doesn't feel Manny can win, the fight will never happen!

    I mean never!

Leave Floyd alone. He's a rich coward.
